By placing an order at Spiro Lyon Glass, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Spiro Lyon Glass for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Spiro Lyon Glass as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Spiro Lyon Glass and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Vasuma to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Vasuma Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Spiro Lyon Glass's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Spiro Lyon Glass is released from Spiro Lyon Glass's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Spiro Lyon Glass's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Vasuma.

All transfers conducted through Spiro Lyon Glass are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Safety Rules:

  • Eye protection is required when working with hot glass. You may bring your own non-polarized sunglasses or prescription glasses for this purpose. The Studio has safety glasses available to borrow.

  • Close-toed shoes are required in the studio. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for standing on concrete

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable to work in, natural fibers are best. Please do not wear synthetic materials that are flammable.

  • No smoking is allowed in the studio.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.

Age restrictions:

  • We hope to inspire all ages to the art of glass blowing. We have used 7 years old as a standard minimum age. Please call if you are hoping to share glass blowing with someone younger than 7 years of age.

Arrival:

  • Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled workshop time. If you are late for the time you have booked, we may not be able to accommodate you, and no refunds will be available.

Pick up and Shipping:

  • All blown glass pieces will be available for pick up 48 hours after your workshop.

  • Shipping is available for an additional fee.
